Carrot Cake Cupcakes & Cake

Happy Birthday Mom aka Mimi!
Mom loves carrot cake with cream cheese icing, so we whipped these up for her and topped them with cute little fondant carrots rubbed in cinnamon to make them appear "dirty"

We made Mark a carrot cake, too!
