Spencer's favorite liquor is Jameson, so I decided to start there! So, I whipped up a batch of cake batter flavored with a guieness, then I made a white chocolate ganache flavored with Bailey's, and topped it with Jameson flavored butter cream icing.
I am not a fan of dark beers, but I must say the cake was amazing!!!
